1. Leads the team in achieving the canvass objectives set by U Pro East Sales Inc. and Procter and Gamble in terms of volume, canvass drives, distribution, merchandising, calls and productivity.
2. Accomplish Daily Sales Report, Call Sheets, Weekly Expense Report and other possible reports that would be necessary in formulation of Sales strategies.
3. Should traverse all stores within his assigned areas coverage.
4. Submits a monthly coverage plan.
5. Checks from time to time whether personnel assigned under his/ her jurisdiction performs well.
6. Ensures rapport and good customer relationship is established.
7. Updates customers of any changes be it in pricing, or terms and discounts and other sales related changes.
8. Utilize all merchandising materials to meet merchandising objectives
9. Ensures that premiums given to each accounts are with Acknowledgement receipts duly signed by the customers.
10. Secures all van transactions with Sales Invoice.
11. Coordinates and complies with accounting policies and procedures for proper recording of sales transactions.
12. In-charge of collecting and remitting all sales at the closing of each day.
13. Properly plans stocks to be loaded.
14. Shall lead the team in achieving an accurate inventory of stocks.
15. Ensures proper handling of stocks is accomplished
16. Should direct the drivers to conduct a daily truck check up by following the BLOWBAG procedure.
17. Performs other duties identified by the Sales Supervisor.
